Empire style armchair

For sale is an elegant antique armchair, probably in the Empire or Restoration style (early 19th century), which also resembles some Louis Philippe chairs. The structure is made of solid wood, likely cherry, with beautiful carved scrolls on the armrests. The chair features traditional upholstery nails that add charm. The front legs are nicely curved. The seat and backrest are upholstered in a light grey fabric in very good condition, as it has been recently redone. Perfect for adding a touch of character and history to your interior.
