2 Art Deco vases in glazed stoneware signed Louis Dage

Pair of glazed stoneware vases signed by the ceramist Louis Dage and dated 1929. Very pretty stylised decoration of flowers in blue and orange tones. This rare model is similar to the one known as the "Papillon" model. It is probably a unique piece as this model is not referenced anywhere else. An Art Deco piece from France combining material, colour, and a refined naturalistic motif. Each vase bears the signature L. DAGE. The vases are dated and numbered under the base.
