It is a porcelain crockery with a high-end dishwasher and microwave. High-quality porcelain. New status. The porcelain of all our basque dishes is unique, unalterable and particularly resistant. The hard paste that makes up porcelain is obtained from a unique blend of kaolin, clay, feldspar and quartz. These different cookings at very high temperatures make it possible to produce parts of dishes that are totally non-porous and particularly resistant to mechanical and thermal shocks.
