Murano & Brass Ceiling Lamp by J.T. Kalmar, Austria, 1960s

Magnificent recessed ceiling light, composed of eight pieces of transparent, bulged Murano glass, likely made by the master glassmakers of Mazzega, suspended from a polished mirror brass base. Designed in the 1960s, this model was produced by the famous Austrian brand Kalmar Lighting, under the direction of J.T. Kalmar. Model 5572/7/1/4/6 from the 1970s.
