We are delighted to offer for sale this magnificent restored De Sede DS47 sofa, dating from the 1960s, in Mid Century Modern style. This sofa is part of a large collection and is complemented by a pair of matching armchairs restored by a professional upholsterer. This iconic sofa is very comfortable, with clean lines and thick, soft, smooth buffalo neck leather. The sofa features a reclining action where the base unfolds for added comfort. It has been lightly restored with a deep clean, wax, and hand polishing. Dimensions: height 75 cm, width 137 cm, depth 94 cm. The seat depth when extended is 71.5 cm. The sofa shows a natural patina due to its age and use. It is recommended to wax it regularly and to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
