Legras fruit cup XIXth

2501 - art nouveau period, this circular crystal cup enamelled with a pretty decoration of cherry branches with their fruits signed legras in good condition. No cracks or major splinters, just a defect at the bottom of the pelvis (shock?) without any gravity and micro-chips on the edge of normal use. This old cup is rather well preserved. François théodore legras (1839-1916), master glassmaker, became director of the glassworks of la plaine saint denis at the age of 27. Its production is highly appreciated and highly sought after nowadays. Diameter 205 mm X 70 high. Weight 660 g.
