Pink velvet armchair

Beautiful velvet crapaud armchair in old rose colour, very elegant with its fairly simple lines and a lovely pleating work on the front of the backrest. It is still usable as it is, solid and very comfortable, but it could also be restored as it obviously shows its age: the pompom trim is damaged in several places, the velvet fabric is a bit worn and has some stains. And the padding foam seems to be displaced underneath and loses particles when the armchair is shaken vigorously. I am quite at a loss to date it; I found it in a house where the furniture dated from the 60s and 70s, but it may be older. It measures 76 cm in height at the backrest, 60 cm in maximum width, and about 65 cm in maximum depth. I have carefully dusted it with a vacuum cleaner. The photos showing the armchair in its entirety or almost are those where the colour of the armchair is closest to reality.
