A vibrant botanical design drenches this high-quality antique turkish oushak rug, with a symmetrical floral motif design. Featuring intricately woven floral motifs & inward facing arrows perfectly placed through the centre, surrounded by further floral and foliate scrolls. This design is enclosed with a layered pattern border and finished with a fringe on two of the edges. Suitable as a bedroom rug, living room rug or even home office rug. This antique oushak rug was hand-woven in 1890 with hand-spun, vegetable-dyed wool and cotton, by some of the best village weavers. This piece is in great condition clean and ready for use. Chr124.
