Double-sided counter in wood and pink marble (233 cm)

This 1960s boutique counter is an exceptional piece, extremely rare due to its fully traversing design (double-sided). Designed to be placed in the centre of a room, it offers the same aesthetic and functionality from either side. With its length of 233 cm, it is the perfect ally for a central kitchen island or a boutique counter. The configuration is unique: the four drawers are traversing, as is the large central display case and the two side cabinets. This design eliminates the usual "back" of classic furniture, allowing for smooth circulation and access from both sides. Its recessed pink marble top provides a noble and durable surface, contrasting with the warmth of the patinated wood. Care Taken: A piece of this magnitude required a thorough cleaning of all the front-and-back opening mechanisms. The wood has been nourished to even out the patina on all sides and ensure a healthy and functional piece of furniture.
