Handmade ziegler afghan chobi carpet in wool. Carpet with 19th century design, beautifully made using fine weaving and a delicate pattern. It is a ziegler rug called chobi, a rare and timeless style. Very low cut hairs give you different shades depending on the angle. In order to give the ziegler carpet an original and worn look, the carpet is bleached in the sun and finished with sandstone. Not only the worn look, but also the design with wide edges, soft colors and centered patterns were adopted. Thanks to its antique appearance, the ziegler carpet exudes a warm and lively atmosphere. The cream field furnished with light flower rinses is framed by a red border with floral frieze and borders, its majestic color palette fits into any environment. Dimensions: 150x85 cm. Condition: good, two old table foot marks visible on the sides.
