Pair of Louis XVI style wall lamps - Lucien Gau , Paris

Beautiful pair of Louis XVI style sconces, from the famous French bronzier: Lucien Gau. Manufacturer of the Faubourg Saint Antoine, in Paris. Manufacture of the second half of the twentieth century. Bronze fabrication. Original gilding and patina, good condition. The sconces are decorated with beads, urns and foliage. They are electrified and tested. The candles are made of cardboard, good condition (some small gaps). They are stamped on the back (see last photo).
