Biography: Walther wahlstedt (1898 -1972), a german constructivist painter, received his artistic education at the school of applied arts hamburg. Already at the beginning of the 1920s he paints without purpose and produces constructive cubist linocuts. In addition, cityscapes and portraits are created. As early as 1922, the hamburger kunsthalle acquired a painting by the young painter. Wahlstedt is represented in numerous exhibitions in his hometown.
