Published by BAHAG AG in Mannheim under the "Tween Light" line, it is directly aligned with the Bauhaus movement through its pursuit of pure functionality and stripped-down aesthetics. It reflects a period when quality design still prioritised the nobility of materials and construction rigor. Its collection name, phonetically evoking the English "Twin, " pays homage to its ingenious design featuring a double light source that offers exceptional lighting depth. This piece draws inspiration from the modernist movement with its mushroom silhouette. The work on the lamp's body is particularly remarkable, featuring a dual finish of steel that alternates between a silky matte brushing and polished mirror metal details. In contrast to current standards, this lamp surprises with its weight, using dense stainless steel and a generous dome made of genuine frosted white opal glass.
