Elegant antique bedside table in solid wood, made in the 1940s, in the Louis XV–Louis XVI style. A piece of character with timeless charm, where the softness of the curves combines with the precision of a finely crafted geometric marquetry. Its brass fittings are very delicate and sought after, adding uniqueness to the piece. This furniture, made of magnificent mahogany (or noble woods like walnut), has a beautiful warm and deep patina. It captivates with its perfectly polished genuine marble top and refined decoration. ⚜️ Dropping palmette handles and corner ornaments in patinated gilded brass, ⚜️ Central marquetry in a frieze pattern, forming a subtle chevron motif panel, ⚜️ Light rectangular fillets framing the door and drawer, highlighting the precise work of the cabinetmaker. Its curved legs, typical of Louis XV, soften the sober structure inspired by Louis XVI.
