Artifort model 040 lounge chair by Geoffrey Harcourt

Lounge chair model "040" by British designer Geoffrey Harcourt for Artifort in the 1960s. Steel and Rosewood frame, and seat upholstered in blue wool. Very comfortable and good-looking mid-century design. I have two of these, this ad is just for one armchair. It's rare to find this model, even more so as a pair. Overall the chair is in great shape with minor signs of wear consistent with age. Apart from slight fading, the wool upholstery is in very good condition.
