I propose you this superb suite of 10 baumann chairs, fontania model: this model created in 1962 inaugurates with its counterpart, the colombia model with high back, the long series of creations that will henceforth bear a name and no longer a number. In homage to colombier-fontaine, location of the baumann factory in the doubs, these first 2 models will be named colombia and fontania respectively. They are in exceptional condition for their age, clean, healthy and perfectly stable. The structure is made of solid blond beech, the seat is made of foam covered with a new black skai (the original skaï being irrecoverable) They were completely dismantled, cleaned, sanded respecting their patina and revarnished with two layers of marine varnish.
