1970s bedside table, end table.

Beautiful wooden bedside table with lovely details: a very glossy veneer showing a beautiful grain (mahogany, I believe), tapered legs with a golden metal covering (probably brass) at the bottom, and a nice silver metal handle. It is made of different materials: the legs and structure are made of solid veneered wood, the door is made of compressed wood, also veneered on both sides, and the back is made of thinner compressed wood, lined inside with red felt. It probably dates from the 1970s. It is in good structural condition, solid and stable, but does show its age: small marks, scratches, and stains in various places, including on the edges of the legs and three on the top, as well as scratches on the front edge of the lower top (where the door "passes" when closing). The door is difficult to open; you have to pull hard, but this is due to the very strong latch system and not a problem with the hinge or deformation of the furniture. The felt at the back is worn. It measures 58 cm in height, 50 cm in width, 30 cm in depth, and weighs between 7 and 10 kg (difficult to place on a scale).
