Description
Mirror and/or centerpiece. Wrought iron, art deco. 1925 / 1930. Signed r. Marchadier struck in hollow. Beveled mirror of oval shape. Hammered openwork frame, rich ornamentation in strong relief of flowers and foliage. Rests on 4 feet wrought iron ball. Original blackened metal panel on the back. Gripping ring brought back in the 1960s to be able to hang the object on the wall (beautiful very decorative effect thanks to its curved shape). Some surface oxidations. Length: 60 cm, width: 29 cm, height: 8 cm.
