Brass pendant lamp by Scandi-Lamp, 1960s/70s

Small brass pendant with a rounded shade and two rows of circular perforations. Scandi-Lamp APS production, Denmark, 1960s/70s. Produced by the Danish company Scandi-Lamp APS between the 1960s and 1970s, this pendant features a small rounded brass shade connected to the cable by a tall, tapered upper element. Two rows of circular perforations run around the entire circumference of the shade, allowing the light to filter through as a regular sequence of small luminous points. The combination of polished brass, rounded forms and screened light is characteristic of much Scandinavian decorative lighting from the period. Good condition. It may show signs of age.
