Mid-century modern rosewood dining table from Lübke, 1960s

This elegant extendable dining table was manufactured by Lübke, Germany, in the 1960s and has been professionally restored in our workshop. The table features a beautifully grained rosewood veneer, displaying deep, warm tones and a striking natural pattern. Its surface has been refinished with a durable satin lacquer, enhancing the wood’s texture while preserving its mid-century character. The piece is extendable with two additional leaves (2 × 48 cm), allowing three configurations: 135 cm, 183 cm, and 231 cm in length — making it highly versatile for both everyday use and larger gatherings. With its refined craftsmanship, soft rounded edges, and timeless proportions, this table embodies the understated sophistication of German mid-century modern design, perfectly suited for collectors and design enthusiasts alike.
