Sublime and important Platea lamp by Leonardo Ferrari and Franco Mazzucchelli Tartaglino for Artemide. Italy, 1965. Rare model from this fabulous manufacturer. Visible in the Artemide catalogue from the 1960s, see photos. Lacquered blue metal base on which rest two enormous superimposed tulips, made of white opaline Murano glass. Double switch. One is for turning on the central bulb. The other is for turning on the 3 others. It is possible to light 1, 3, or 4 bulbs simultaneously and choose the level of brightness. Very beautiful dimensions: Height 40 cm. Diameter 45 cm. Excellent condition. Minor signs of wear, nothing significant. The power cable could be replaced, everything works perfectly. Photos.
