Maison Lecan presents this large refectory table made of solid pine, France, 1970s. 319 cm in length, approximately 120 kg. This is not a table to be moved; it is a table to be installed. The top, made of wide pine boards with a tight, wavy grain, clear knots, and a golden honey hue, has been refinished with a matte varnish. The material is straightforward, without unnecessary preparation. The base is the true signature of the piece: two X-shaped supports on each side, made of solid beech with sharp angles, connected by a central longitudinal beam. A bold brutalist construction: robust, graphic, and uncompromising in its decor. This type of crossed base, at this scale and in this material, is rare on the market. Refectory format (for convents, high schools, large houses) reimagined for contemporary domestic or professional use. Height under the apron is 69.5 cm, providing comfortable seating along the entire length. Reference LDP: 20260323-009 / 20260403-003. Dimensions: L319 × D102 × H72 cm - height under the apron 69.5 cm - approximately 120 kg. Materials: Solid pine top, solid beech base - Matte varnish.
