Small rectangular Berber rug, hand-knotted, featuring a palette of natural colours dominated by cream and beige, with dark brown patterns. The centre consists of a plain beige field framed by a wide cream border adorned with repetitive geometric Berber motifs. The ends are finished with wool fringes. The overall style is understated and traditional, typical of Moroccan Berber craftsmanship, and can be used as a decorative rug or accent rug. This rug was knotted by a Tunisian artisan in pure sheep wool in 2008. The knot count is 20/20, or 40, 000 per square metre.
