Rectangular Extendable Dining Table 'Taastrup' - teak - danish design

A beautiful, extendable teak dining table with a timeless Danish design, a warm wood color, and a practical construction. A table that adapts effortlessly to the moment: compact for everyday use and easy to enlarge when extra guests join you. The extension system is particularly cleverly designed. Integrated extensions are located under the tabletop on either side, which you simply pull out. This allows you to increase the table surface in an instant, without having to store loose leaves. The table is in neat, well-maintained condition. Some light signs of use are visible on the large tabletop, consistent with its age and original use. However, there are no rings, stains, or deep, palpable scratches present. The wood has a characterful patina and subtle color nuances that give the table its authentic appearance without detracting from the overall look. The extension leaves are also in excellent condition and show hardly any signs of use. The finish is of a high standard, featuring a beautifully designed base and elegantly shaped legs. The combination of high-quality teak veneer and solid wood parts underscores the quality of the construction and gives the table that beloved, warm look so characteristic of Danish furniture design from this period. It is also practical that the legs can be easily disassembled. This makes transport much easier and is ideal for placement via stairs or in a smaller space. The tabletop has recently been treated with a virtually invisible, low-maintenance protective layer that helps protect against the effects of moisture, grease, and dirt. As a result, this characterful teak dining table is not only beautiful to look at but also perfectly suitable for daily use. In short, a stylish & characterful and very versatile table that you can enjoy for years to come. Country of origin: Denmark. Height: 75 cm. Seat height: 64.5 cm. Length: 125 cm.
