Elegant Louis XVI style occasional furniture, typical of the early 20th century. ● Structure and style: The furniture rests on four turned and fluted legs, characteristic of the Louis XVI style. The vertical fluting is also found on the uprights, giving it an elegant and balanced appearance. A small carved frieze connects the legs to the lower part, adding a subtle decorative touch. ● Materials: It is made of walnut wood with a green and white veined marble top, typical of bourgeois bedroom or living room furniture from the early 20th century. ● Features: At the top, a drawer with a brass knob. Below, a niche open on each side. In the center, a molded door decorated with a carved floral motif, concealing a small storage compartment. ● General Condition: The piece of furniture has been completely renovated and then varnished to accentuate the natural patina of the walnut wood.
