An authentic old farm table from the mid/late 1800s, with its "farmhouse" charm that can be seen especially below the table thanks to the solid, raw-cut oak apron boards (see photos). To keep its charm and bring it into our kitchens today, it is revamped with an old-fashioned chalk paint, homemade according to old recipes, in an old mineral white color and its patina of wear...protected with a thin layer of natural carnauba wax. Its size makes it perfect for a kitchen table and generous enough even for a small meal for 4. Its tapered legs are raised to reach 62 cm under the apron and provide easy seating. The top, also in solid oak, has its usual “defects” and is stained in a dark oak color, aged and protected by a colorless matte varnish. All the “defects” due to its age and its past are presented in the photos. In very good condition, robust and stable. Quality craftsmanship. Unique object.
