Paulin - Ligne Roset -Tanis Walnut desk (2021)

After his first success at the Arts Ménagers de Paris in 1953, Pierre Paulin began a collaboration in 1954 with Thonet-France for whom he designed desks and chairs in particular. It was at this time that he designed the ''CM 141'' model desk. Ligne Roset reissued this desk in 2008 under the name Tanis. Its original design is scrupulously respected but the ''modest'' finishes of the period are enriched and updated. The desk was acquired in 2021 and is in good condition with no defects noted (new purchase price 2277 euros). Illustrative photos for its current use are attached.
