Antique 5-panel screen – Souleiado fabric

Large antique screen made up of 5 panels, dressed in a Provençal fabric from the Souleiado house featuring typical floral patterns in blue, ochre, and yellow tones. Each panel has two decorative sides: – one blue side with a floral pattern. – a coordinated yellow reverse. The fabric, slightly padded, is an upholstery fabric from Souleiado inspired by traditional Provençal prints. It gives the screen a warm and authentic charm. The structure of the screen appears older than the fabric: – scalloped top. – old piano-type metal hinges. – wooden feet. It is very likely an antique screen reupholstered with Souleiado fabric in the 1970s-1980s, a common practice in Provençal homes. A decorative piece full of character, ideal for structuring a space, creating a dressing area, or adding a Provençal touch to an interior. Dimensions: Height: 140 cm. Width of one panel: 50 cm.
