High modernist buffet in mahogany and metal

Elegant tall buffet with a typically Italian design from the 1950s, combining the warmth of varnished mahogany and the finesse of a black metal tubular structure. The lower part, closed by two doors (with original key), offers a nice storage space with an internal shelf. The upper part features a mahogany veneer shelf, the height of which is adjustable thanks to the pre-drilled tubular structure allowing for two different levels – ideal for displaying your books, glassware, or decorative objects. Its style is inspired by the modernist creations of Osvaldo Borsani and Ico Parisi, emblematic of Milanese design from the 50s, where elegance meets functionality. In very good vintage condition, with some normal signs of use consistent with its age, adding charm and authenticity.
