small vintage mado buffet

The Mado sideboard was an essential piece of furniture in the 1950s. This is the low model that often accompanied a large 2-part sideboard. It stands out with its rounded lines and the originality of its feet. Its depth offers good storage capacity, it can be used in a bathroom to place a sink. Despite its age, this piece of furniture is in good condition (one foot glued back together, see photo). It is clean inside (dusty but without stains) and has some signs of use on the outside (see photos). The door locks work and the pretty handles are original. I am offering this piece of furniture as is. For an additional fee, I can paint the top (€40 if the color is chosen from my stock, €90 if paint is purchased). From 200 to 350€, the furniture can be completely renovated. It can be painted in the color of your choice (painted entirely or leaving wooden parts), with or without patterns (decopatch, stencils). The shelves and/or doors can be upholstered. The price is justified by the cost of the products (quality paint: Gauthier seigneurie counter) and the time needed to carry out a careful renovation: sanding, undercoat, 2 coats of paint, installation of the wallpaper...
