Antique Louis Philippe wardrobe in walnut

Beautiful medium-sized wardrobe from the Louis Philippe era, made of solid walnut. Two large opening doors in panelled walnut on original wrought iron hinges. One functional lock and key. Bronze lock entries with gilded floral motifs in Regency style. Simple and removable straight pediment. Simple and straight base. Back and bottom made of white wood. Interior fitted with solid wood, featuring two large shelves (126x46 cm) made of 2 cm thick solid wood. Half shelf at the very top. A small drawer suspended on the intermediate shelf. Shelves sanded and varnished, finished with natural top oil and water-repellent suitable for food contact. The wardrobe is healthy and robust, showing a natural patina and old varnish. Structure in very good condition, sound and durable. The front and sides show signs of age and use, but this wardrobe is very functional and can support weight.
