The Object & The Craftsmanship: This table stands out for its quality traditional craftsmanship. It rests on a robust H-shaped base (4 thick square legs connected by a central stretcher) assembled with through tenons and visible wood dowels. Its superb solid oak tabletop, with a rare thickness of 40 mm, offers remarkable visual presence and unbeatable sturdiness. The Finish: Completely stripped and carefully sanded in our workshop, it features a very bright matte light oak hue and a velvety touch. Why we love it? Ideal size: With its 200 cm length and 84 cm width, it comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 guests without weighing down the space. Seating comfort: Its height under the apron of 63.5 cm allows for easy sliding of most contemporary or vintage chairs, as well as benches.
