Vintage desk lamp designed by Frank Bentler for Wila, 1960s

Vintage mushroom lamp (large model) from the 1960s, designed by Frank Bentler for the Wila brand. The chrome base is topped with an orange plastic shade. This provides a beautiful diffusion of both light sources, creating a pleasant ambient light. The lamp is in beautiful vintage condition with a few minor scratches that are not noticeable. The plastic disk that conceals the wiring under the shade was glued in place by the previous owner (see photo). This part is not visible and therefore not distracting. The wiring has been replaced for safety reasons. The manufacturer's sticker is still visible inside (see photo).
