Turpe chair (dresden - germany) no. 14 - period 1905/1910. Turpe chairs were introduced from saxony into alsace-lorraine annexed between 1871 and 1914, the alsatians know them well and still use them. Very good structural condition, thermoformed wooden seats which have replaced an old canework. You have noticed its curves and its elegance which is that of the n°14 by thonet (1890-1900) seat height: 47 cm, total height: 92 cm, diameter: 42 cm light rosewood shade.
