Sommerso hexagonal vase

Large two-tone hexagonal Sommerso vase, faceted 6-sided body; "immersion" technique consisting of blowing successive layers of glass; here inclusion of a dark green tube / test tube shape, with a yellow halo, lined with colorless glass. Murano work 1960' / 1970' attributed to the workshop of Luigi Mandruzzato. Damaged at the bottom of an edge (see photo).
