Marc Berthier desk and chair

Rare set of a desk and chair by designer Marc Berthier (born 1935), from 1972. This "twenty tube" desk is made up of yellow lacquered steel tubes, removable cotton fabrics and a white lacquered compressed wood tray (50cm x 99cm). The chair is made of a single tube and a canvas (height: 76cm, width: 50cm and depth: 46cm). Note ink stains on fabrics but can be machine washed, and scratches on the steel structure, as well as small gaps on the tray and a damaged cup (see photos), all due to the time spent. This desk can be used by an adult as a child, for a touch of design in your home.
