Old draper's table - drapière - in solid white walnut from the first half of the 20th century. We love its generous size, all its ultra-elegant details - beautifully fine turned legs, its grooves surmounting its legs, its thick top, its three drawers surmounted by cast iron flowered shell handles... It has a very beautiful, unique shade, quite light and very bright. The wood is a very dense and robust wood, so the table is very heavy. This table has been completely restored, treated, sanded, lightly stained to bring out the grain, then protected with a transparent matt varnish. It has and retains all the traces of its past, making it completely authentic - cutting marks or work marks, being a drapière and used daily by craftsmen. Absolutely unique piece and of great refinement. Please refer to the photos for defects and general patina. Slight bending in its center. - dimensions - l 198.5 X d 76.5 X h 75 cm height under strip - 56 cm the height under strip is a little low, a bench would be perfect as a seat, otherwise it is possible on request to raise by 4 cm to have the standard of 60 cm.
