Antique indian wooden cupboard

A gorgeous, large and very original, teak cupboard from rajasthan. A substantial piece, with good solid quality construction and elegant proportions. It has two panelled doors with glass and a lovely wood and brass handle. The interior is divided vertically, halfway, with two full width drawers and original double handles on both. The top shelf is complete with a front ‘lip’. It has original paint on the doors with the wear and patina from many decades of use, with characterful knocks and scratches. A rare, authentic find and a very attractive, usable piece. Dimensions width 90cm height 172cm depth 51cm shelf height 60 & 58cm.
