Artemide Tizio table lamp by Richard Sapper, originating from the 1970s. Beautiful, original Artemide Tizio desk lamp (the iconic, large model 50). This is a sought-after, early vintage example, recognizable by the original 220V marking and the unique serial number (0006828) on the bottom of the base. The timeless design by Richard Sapper works with a built-in transformer in the base and counterweights, keeping the lamp perfectly balanced. The lamp is in good, working condition. Suitable for a GY6.35 halogen lamp (12V/50W) or a retrofit LED replacement. A true design classic for your desk or sideboard! There is damage to the black lacquer at the counterweight.
