Magnificent and rare: basket bowl in Longwy earthenware, Saint-Jean l'Aigle factory, circa 1950-1960. Iconic model F3 with twisted turquoise blue handle, featuring hand-painted polychrome cloisonné decoration, reference B5000 / D5000. Exterior decoration: garland of colourful flowers (pink, yellow, orange) on a deep Longwy blue background, frieze of cobalt blue and turquoise scales on the neck. Interior decoration: original crackled cream background (typical crazing of Longwy enamels) with two bouquets of pink flowers. Original twisted handle in perfect condition, no missing parts, no cracks, no chips in the glaze. Bright colours, glossy glaze.
