"Evening" tapestry in hand-woven polychrome wool from the Aubusson Robert Four factory based on a cartoon by Thérèse Le Guen around 1965. Signed lower right "Le Guen" in the pattern. Bolduc on the reverse bearing the details of the model and proof of limited edition n° 114 of 580. Tapestry lined in beige cotton/linen canvas and integrated high frame with hook. Thérèse le guen, active around 1955-75, visual artist, cardboard maker. "Evening" pattern, variation of the "soleil d'or" cardboard in softer and more neutral tones.
