Coffee service by Timo Sarpaneva for Rosenthal. Model 'Suomi' created in 1974. White porcelain. Stamped: Rosenthal / studio-line / Germany. 15-piece service consisting of: 6 small plates, 6 cups, 1 coffee pot, sugar bowl, and milk jug. This service, featuring a geometric neo Art Deco design in pastel tones, is typical of the late 80s, is no longer in production, and is in near-new condition. Only some pieces have been used 2 or 3 times, and many have never been used! This model is no longer in production. Current retail price on the Rosenthal website for the basic version in plain white (without patterns) for these 15 pieces: €645! For sale due to renovation and change of decor.
