Aubock Style Mid-Century Rattan Bauhaus Magazine Holder, France, 1950s

It is made of natural rattan in a oval formed shape and at the top left and right a handle element. This item has a fantastic look and a nice size of 38cm in height and 43, 5cm in length. This element can be used a magazine holder, decorative object or bottle holder. Straight forward and minimalistic design of the bauhaus design era. This item is a wonderful addition to every modern home. The design is reminiscent with the design of mategot, hagenauer, auböck etc. Dimensions: Height 38 cm. Depth 19, 5 cm. Length 43, 5cm. Condition: this item is in a good vintage condition with normal traces of use and a wonderful patina of over 50 years. Some little rusty spots on the metal frame, please see images.
