Set of two antique porcelain plates, attributed to a Chinese production from the 19th century, around 1800–1900. The blue and white decoration features flying birds among flowering branches. The rim is adorned with large birds among stylized clouds, with fine iron red highlights, in the style of Imari porcelain. The slight variations in the decoration and the small firing irregularities contribute to the character of this antique set. Overall good condition: one plate is in good condition; the second has two small chips on the back, accompanied by a fine hairline, not visible when the plate is displayed upright. These details are photographed. Diameter: 21 cm each. Sold as a set.
