Shaped teak top with turned oak legs and brass feet caps. Scandinavian production from the 1950s–1960s. The biomorphic silhouette and light proportions reflect the organic direction explored in Nordic design during the 1950s and 1960s, in dialogue with international modernist influences. The teak top features an irregular flowing outline, supported by slender turned oak legs with brass caps. Its asymmetrical composition gives the piece a sculptural presence that stands apart from stricter Scandinavian minimalism. Good condition. It may show some signs of age.
