Armchair Curved wood THONET screw N° 1 , 1890 cannages

Large office screw chair by thonet, "grosser dreh-armchair" n°1. Very nice original condition without play in the screws. This copy is dated from 1885 to 1900, stamped under the seat. It is more majestic than big. A magnificent extra-fine canning in the obviously original backrest, a seat redone recently. Deep oak hue revived with organic shellac. It is usually photographed at a height of 48/49 cm, in its standard service position. Seat 50 X 49 cm - width between armrests 50 cm. Total width: 58 cm. More photos and information on request.
