Important gilded bronze chandelier with five lights from the Napoleonic III era, 19th century. An antique chandelier in finely chiselled bronze, of great elegance and remarkable quality of execution. The central structure is distinguished by a twisted bronze stem, highlighted by an elegant openwork motif, adding lightness and sophistication to the whole. The upper crown features a richly worked decorative rosette, typical of the decorative productions of the Napoleonic III period. The chandelier consists of five sinuous sculpted bronze arms, adorned with finely modelled floral motifs and scrolls. Each arm holds a ribbed and fringed opaline glass tulip, diffusing a soft and warm light. The central part is enhanced by a significant opaline blown glass light cover, with flowing shapes, which reinforces the decorative and sculptural character of the fixture. The whole offers a balanced and majestic silhouette, ideal for enhancing a living room, dining room, entrance, or characterful interior. Period: 19th century. Style: Napoleonic III.
