Antique sauce boat in Gien earthenware, model with pink landscapes. Two different landscapes at the ends and various insects throughout. Shell and acanthus leaf handles. Thick and thin spouts. The stamp underneath allows it to be dated from the years 1938/1960. EXCELLENT CONDITION, with no cracks or chips, nor scratches or knife marks; the earthenware is very white, with a grease stain under the glaze at mid-height of the receptacle, see photo. Length 25.5 cm for the dish, 23.7 cm for the sauce boat. Width 21 cm for the dish, 11.5 cm for the sauce boat without handles, 18 cm with handles. Height 11 cm for the entire piece with shells.
