Set of eight antique serving dishes in ironstone, featuring several iconic French manufacturers from the late 19th and very early 20th centuries. Composition: - 2 serving dishes from Saint-Amand & Hamage – Massena model - 3 serving dishes from Hippolyte Boulenger, Choisy-le-Roi – Fécamp model - 1 unmarked serving dish - 1 serving dish from Creil et Montereau – Flandres model - 1 serving dish from HBCM – Roland model Each serving dish measures approximately 24 cm long by 14 cm wide. In good vintage condition overall, with a harmonious patina of time, slight nuances, micro-wear, and variations in glaze that reflect the history of each piece. One Massena serving dish has a hairline crack, while the three Fécamp model dishes show a pronounced patina, two of which have old chips. An imperfect and lively set, offered as is, for lovers of beautiful, non-static tables and objects that tell a story, intentionally mismatched, ideal for a creative table, a decorative accumulation, or a guest house project.
