Modernist chandelier Maison Arlus ocean liner 1960

Superb 6-light chandelier published by Arlus in the 1950s-60s. Chic and original, with a beautiful span, it will not go unnoticed. A geometric, graphic, architectural composition, perfect for dressing a dining table or a reception area. (A model from the same series was actually used in a scene from Mad Men, see photo). Structure made of black lacquered metal and chrome metal, slightly gilded (champagne). 3 large translucent Perspex diffusers emit a soft and warm light. (no breaks or cracks) Completely disassembled, meticulously cleaned, and reassembled. A few small discreet marks on the stem may be noted for accuracy, but otherwise, it is in perfect condition and can be hung in 5 minutes. 6 new LED bulbs included. Dimensions: Length: 73 cm.
